24 Hour Call Out Service
Our company operates a 24 hour call out service for all of our Maintenance Clients. Our helpdesk is operational 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.
The help desk operator fields all service calls, establishes the nature of the call and immediately routes the relevant information onto the relevant Service Engineer.
Our on-call rota system ensures there are two service engineers & one line manager on duty to deal with out-of-hours emergency calls in a fast and efficient manner.
As soon as the repair is carried out our Service Engineer notifies the Client immediately.
